Esteban Gonzalez

Multifaceted Argentine artist, researcher and performer, innovative luthier of renowned Argentine musicians. He works with technology applied to art and music in various projects, bringing together luthiery, experimentation and sound art as part of a single discourse, his works are based on the study of spaces and acoustic phenomena, questioning technology and its obsolescence through objects that he manipulates in real time, a metaphor of sound expressed in his active performative action. Many of his works integrate real-time improvisation and composition with electroacoustic sound processing and modes of sound perception. Among them stand out the Tank Project, The Accumulated Speech, the ODS Sonora Destruction Orchestra, Simulations, and their duet project Gonzalez + Molina with the visual artist Fernando Molina.
